To facilitate effective communication with patients, their family members, and companions who are deaf or hard of hearing, we provide auxiliary aids and services free of charge, which could include: sign language and oral interpreters, TTYs, video remote interpreting (VRI), written materials, telephone handset amplifiers, pocket-talkers, and telephones compatible with hearing aids. Please ask Clinic personnel for assistance or contact the office manager.
